You may modify or cancel a reservation made online at one of our properties. Note that you can only change or modify a reservation online if it was originally made online. Call us to make changes to other types of reservations.

Reservations Hours of Operation

Open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, daily.  We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. 

Cancellations

Daily room or cottage reservations  for all of our Ohio State Park Lodges may be modified or canceled up to two weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival; after that date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Weekly cottage reservations may be changed or canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival; after that date, the deposit is non-refundable.
