The Ohio State Park Lodges Photo Contest can be entered by filling out this online entry form. Once you have completed all of the required fields, please hit the "submit" button to enter the contest.

Please be sure photos meet our minimum requirements of 1024 x 768 pixels (300 dpi or between 1 - 5 MB .jpg files) and that there are no special characters or spaces in the photo file name such as / * # " : &.

A parent/guardian name is required for each photo submitted by an entrant under age 18 at the time the photo is submitted. Please type the parent/guardian name in the field below the Photographer Name and check the box and check the Parent/Guardian Release box.

Additional Tips for Submitting your Photos

If you have software on your computer that automatically decreases the size of your photos before uploading, please disable this software while uploading your photos for this contest. If the subject or subjects are under 18, a parent/guardian needs to sign the model release form. Please submit a separate form for each person in the photograph.
